The Supreme Patriarch has announced that Muslims throughout Thailand should observe the moon on the 1st of Ramadan 2568.

What can you eat while fasting? Suitable foods during Ramadan

Fasting allows you to eat normally, but you must eat within a certain time frame.

  • Sahor (before dawn): Focus on foods that provide long-lasting energy.
  • Iftar (after sunset): Start with easily digestible food.

Recommended for breakfast 

  • Eat complex carbohydrates (brown rice, whole wheat bread).
